Accommodating up to five guests, the villa features a master bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and an additional guest bedroom with a double bed (180×200), which can be converted into twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience. A sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping arrangements. The outdoor space is equally impressive, featuring a private 45-square-meter infinity pool. Pool heating is available upon request, with an additional cost starting from EUR 820 per week, depending on the required temperature. A pool cover is provided to maximize heating efficiency, and a minimum of three days' notice is required to arrange this service. Only one pool within the estate can be heated at a time. Villa Aegean Sunset is ideally located on the tranquil beachfront, just 2 km from Kissamos town and 100 meters from the nearest restaurant. The picturesque Venetian port of Chania is a 20-minute drive away, while Chania International Airport is approximately 50 km from the property. Prices for the concierge service depend on the level of service and duration, with a minimum three-day booking required. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival.
