Villa Selva Grande is an exquisite eight-bedroom Mallorquin-style country house, featuring a private pool and lush gardens, accommodating up to 18 guests, nestled in scenic countryside just two miles from Inca's city center, boasting charming interior spaces, picturesque views, and convenient proximity to sandy beaches and the village of Selva.
Introducing Villa Selva Grande: A stunning eight-bedroom countryside estate designed in the classic Mallorquin architectural style. Ideal for gatherings of families and friends, this enchanting villa is nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, merely two miles away from the charming city center of Inca. Nestled within its own exquisite gardens, it boasts a private heatable pool (heating on request for a supplement) and ample lawns, offering shaded retreats. With accommodations for up to 16 guests (extendable to 18), Villa Selva Grande presents an expansive and delightful ambiance. The property exudes a rustic charm, affording panoramic views of distant hills and mountains across its sprawling garden. Situated in a family-friendly neighborhood within a captivating rural expanse, the villa comes well-appointed with an array of amenities. These include a garden, garden furniture, an electric gate, a terrace, barbecue facilities, ironing facilities, a safe, hairdryers, central heating, a private swimming pool, open-air parking, and satellite TV. The fully-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. On the ground floor, the house offers two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, collectively sharing two ensuite shower rooms and a communal bathroom. An outdoor cloakroom with a toilet is also available. The upper level presents an additional four twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, each featuring ensuite bathrooms. Upon request, two extra double sofa-beds can be provided. Villa Selva Grande is conveniently located a 30-minute drive from the pristine sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. Moreover, it's a short stroll (1km) to the village of Selva, which offers a selection of restaurants and shops. Bedroom Configuration: 8 Bedrooms, Sleeps 16 - 2 Double beds, 12 Single beds (twins). Bathroom Configuration: - 7 ensuite bathrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 separate toilet, Hairdryers available. Ian at Villamore was incredibly helpful with booking at a very stressful time during Covid. When we arrived in Mallorca, Villa Porresses was an absolute dream - a magical place in the mountains near the charming ancient village of Selva. The layout of the villa was brilliant - all the bedrooms were very spacious and 7 had their own bathroom so easily accommodated our family party of 12 who came for my son's wedding. There were lots of gorgeous seating areas in and out for all of us, or nice places to go and relax as well. The pool was great and the kitchen very well equipped for family suppers outside at one of the many long tables. The gardener came every day to empty the garbage and when we had a minor problem with a shower one day it was sorted out immediately by the owner. We had a fantastic time - thank you!
The accommodation was really great. However, there are a few things I would recommend: 1. Provide hand soap in the bathrooms 2. Provide sufficient toilet paper 3. Repair the shower door in the master bedroom
