Villa Gustas Prime location: Luxury, private 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in Victoria golf course. On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is also 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning. Separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor of the villa there is the en-suite master bedroom with a closet and balcony with countryside view. It is equipped with air conditiong and the bathrom has a jacuzzi bath. There is an hair dryer on each bathroom. The lower level has TV room with cable tv, sofa and direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 3: en-suite with shower, there are 2 double beds, air conditioning and direct access to the pool area. Surrounding the villa is a swimming pool, 2 sun loungers, double sun lounger. Covered patio with a set of sofas, dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ. Wifi is available. Pool Size: 4m x 6m Pool Depth: 0,70 x 1,70m Access: Ladder on the inside of the pool Safety equipment: smoke alarms, extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket. Distances: Restaurant (2,5 km); Supermarket (1 km); Bus Stop (280 m); Marina (4 km); Beach (4 km). Damage deposit: €500 On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked: Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
