Outdoors Swan is a fine example of traditional Cycladic architecture built out of natural materials and local stone. Its ample multilevel outdoor area boasts a panoramic view of the sparkling Aegean waters. Your private pool stands at the centre of the terrace adorned with white pebbles and in-pool sunbeds, directly facing the sea. Multiple boho-style lounge and dining areas sit under wooden pergolas on every level of the terrace, totally protected from the sun and winds, just perfect to dine in style with your friends and family. Indoors Swan extends over 3 levels, featuring bright open-plan rooms bathed in sunlight that create a relaxing and classy atmosphere. Smooth, curved lines, whitewashed walls, and wooden minimal furnishings dominate the interior of the villa. On entering, there is a spacious area, connecting directly to the outdoors, hosting a state-of-art kitchen, a dining area, and 2 comfy living rooms that seem like they popped out of a magazine! And as if all this wasn’t enough, on the lower level there is your private spa room with a large indoor heated pool, designed to look like a cave. On the ground level we have 4 luxurious bedrooms featuring double beds, 3 f these enjoy sea views, however, one does that. On the upper level there are 2 more exquisite bedrooms and there is an independent guest room that also have the pleasure of a sea view. On request there is an extra bedroom on the lower level with twin single beds.
