Unlimited WiFi, TV with 150 channels. Access to the terrace area with dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ. It is perfect to relax in the garden and swimming pool. There is also 1 bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, air conditioning, safe and direct access to the pool area. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor of the villa there are the other 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 2: Twin beds, built-in wardrobe, private bathroom, air conditioning. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
