On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool. The living room with the kitchen in "open space" style with island was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Flat screen TV with Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi (250Mbps Fibre connection and totally unlimited traffic). The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs. Fully fitted open space kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. There is also 1 bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower, air conditioning. Separate toilet. On the first floor of the villa there are the other 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 2: Double bed and en suite shower, balcony with small garden, air conditioning. Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
