The villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people across its four bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a hall, a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as a laundry room featuring a washing machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a living room with a TV and comfortable seating area, and a dining area with seating for 8-10 people, along with a billiard table. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (90 x 200), and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90 x 200), with both sharing a spacious bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find bedroom 3, the master bedroom, complete with a double bed (180 x 200), an en-suite bathroom, and access to the roof terrace. Outside, there is a large garden, a private pool with Roman steps measuring 10 x 4 meters, with a depth of 0.8 to 2 meters, and an outdoor table with 10 chairs for alfresco dining and sitting.
