The two twin bedrooms are found on the ground floor so as two of the three bathrooms. A staircase leads to the first floor where the third bedroom, with a double bed, is located. Outside a large balcony offers fantastic views from the first floor across the Pollensa Bay in the distance. Downstairs the covered porch offers enough space for al fresco dining, the 8 x 4 m swimming pool with built in steps and the brick built BBQ completes the outside.
