They were built by us using our knowledge of local traditional Pelion architecture and construction. All of our secluded villas provide privacy and unobstructed magnificent views of the beautiful Pagasitikos Bay. All of our houses provide an idyllic setting all year-round, where you can watch the changing seasons surrounded by lush vegetation. Villa Thalia - Sleeps 6 Villa Thalia indulging and cozy, named after the “flourishing” Muse in Greek mythology, has been carefully designed to provide comfort and privacy with a more contemporary feel while retaining and respecting the local architecture. Villa Thalia with its private pool direct accessible on the terrace level has beautiful sea views. Villa Thalia with its two comfortable rooms upstairs and a room on the ground level, has everything you need for your holiday stay. Relax on the hammock under the shadow of the mulberry tree or just enjoy your breakfast or dinner on the cosy external lounge. Good memories to take back home! On the ground floor of the luxury villa Thalia, the living room has a large built-in sofa, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for both formal and casual meals, a WC and a separate room that acts as an office space or an extra bedroom with a sofa that can be extended into a double bed. Villa Thalia has two bedrooms on the upper floor with large wardrobes and a desk-like private space for reading, working or just keeping personal belongings. Outside there are three seating areas ideal for those lazy summer days with magnificent sea views towards Pagasitikos bay in Pelion. The private pool sits among the trees between the main veranda and the panorama sea view. The external dining area has a large built-in sofa with comfortable pillows and a large wooden table under a pergola for endless summer conversations while drinking cool wine. Near the entrance there is another comfy area and in front of the house a wonderful veranda awaits you that is ideal for taking in the expansive sea views of the bay while swinging on the hammock.   Expand your Occupancy! Three or more families can rent Villa Thalia & Villa Dioni or Villa Iris so they can spend time together but keep their privacy too! A garden door connects the two private gardens allowing interconnection at will for sharing the external spaces.
