This 4 bedroom south facing villa with private swimming pool (with child pool safety fence for extra security), BBQ and terrace overlooking the second par-4 tee of the Pinhal Golf Course. Equipped with air conditioning, LCD, Wireless. This self-catering villa to a high specification. It is situated in a quiet area of Vilamoura overlooking the Pinhal golf course. There are two suites upstairs and a two suite on the ground floor. There is a large living room and dining area with access to the pool area, and a large full HD LCD screen with cable TV. The fully equipped large kitchen includes a Delta coffee machine and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.  GROUND FLOOR Lounge: sofa, 3x Settes, LCD, Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning and central heating, fireplace, access to the garden and pool. Dining Room: dining table with seating for 10 people, air conditioning. Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, hob, 2x fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Utility Room: washing machine, dryer machine, iron/iron board. WC Bedroom: double bed, en-suite with bath, air conditioning, access to the garden and pool. Bedroom: 3x single beds, en-suite with bath, air conditioning. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom: double bed, en-suite with bath, air conditioning, terrace with front pool and golf view. Bedroom: twin beds, en-suite with bath, sofa bed, air conditioning, pool and golf view. SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500 Euros On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked: Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
