It's a private pool 9.5 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres. There're direct neighbours and the house is semi-detached, but privacy is guaranteed. The beauty and cosy house is on two floors and works with solar energy. On the main floor you'll find the small but charming living room with satellite TV. The dining kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook; gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and more. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower completes this floor. Upstairs you'll find another living room, two bedrooms with twin beds, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
