A superbly finished three-bedroom Superior Villa. With high-quality furnishings, fixtures and air conditioning throughout, it is amongst the few we feature in our portfolio with an abundance of outdoor space, where children can play safely and adults can relax around the large pool. The Villa was designed with families in mind – everything on one level – and only a few steps separate the living areas of this beautiful Villa. On entering the Villa, one goes directly into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The Italian hardwood kitchen has a contemporary yet classical feel and is fully equipped with granite worktops, a double door refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and hob, as well as a ‘hidden’ dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large beautiful green fabric sofa, a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player for your enjoyment. French doors open to pool and patio area. The dining area features a wooden dining table with six black leather chairs and several patio doors opening onto the outside space.
