Freshly built with five bedrooms and sleeping up to 10 people this villa is a stylish oasis in the sun! Set in a quiet urbanization that offers peace and tranquillity, yet still be close enough to the city and the beautiful beaches with golden sand and crystal-clear water. Luxurious furnishings throughout the villa and large floor to ceiling windows that let an abundance of sunlight give this contemporary villa a cosy yet elegant feel. Inside the villa the open plan concept gives the family plenty of space for relaxing. The plush and comfortable L shaped sofas are situated so that the swimming pool and garden are visible – blending the inside and outside space effortlessly. There is a dining table with 10 chairs, so the entire family can enjoy dining together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and allows for sociable cooking and entertaining. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms both having twin single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and have the use of an additional lounging area, ideal for some quiet time. On the first floor of the Villa you have the spacious and well decorated master suite with it’s own bathroom and private terrace that overlooks the garden and pool areas.
